Cornwall Weddings with a Photo Booth

Great Stuff to see in West Cornwall including (hopefully) a photobooth!

Fancy a chat about West Cornwall?

Prefer to chat about about photo booths in West Cornwall? You have won the lottery here because I’m doing both on this page!

Everyone has their reasons for visiting Cornwall and I’m going to lob my reasons out there into our caring, sharing ‘blog-i-verse’.

To me our most westerly county is completely different to anywhere else.

There is a national identity to being Cornish and they are proud of this. The landscape similarly so is unique and dramatic and beautiful.

When I go to Cornwall… I go to escape!

The completely infamous cottage of Doc Martin in Port Isaac in Cornwall!

Everybody is different! Some want to take photos of themselves leaning up against Doc Martin’s cottage in Port Isaac!

Some would settle for a selfie with Poldark.

Many want to coasteer the unique cliffs or surf the breakers here.

I knew someone who wanted to come to Cornwall on a mission to find the best Cornish pasty whilst others come down for the beaches.

But the best reason to hit the shores of Cornwall however – I think – is to attend a lovely Cornish wedding!

When travelling around the west of Cornwall with a photobooth leaving many happy faces in their wake, photoboothers are a pretty satisfied bunch!

For over 10 years now, photo booths have prevailed at weddings and are now as much a regular feature as large LOVE letters, confetti cannons and candy carts!

Photobooths in all their shapes and guises are not going anywhere soon! And this is why.

Because they make people laugh!

How many occupations do you think there are out there where you get to make people laugh?

They could always consider embarking a career in stand up comedy!

However photo boothing is the easier option by a Cornish country mile!

Thanks but no thanks to standing in front a room full of serious faced students at the Edinburgh Festival comedy club!

Choose weddings with lots and lots of alcohol!

Photo booths are definitely here to stay!

Hello photo booth corner!

Over the years there have been some new contenders like the singing DJ, the gin bar, doughnut wall, flower wall and other things on walls!

Just now, the faithful photo booth continues to take top tier of the most wanted items at weddings!

Weddings often have a serve yourself photo station somewhere in the venue! Because we are a nation of selfie loving photo boothers!

We do love to get married by the seaside!

Down in coastal Cornwall photo booth hire is like a popular friend who is missed and who arrives late at a party.

Things start to feel a bit ‘down in the dumps’ as wedding day spirits tend to flag a little UNTIL the local booth company arrives to instal the booth. Things then start to look up!

Hooray for the Great British Selfie!!

Cornwall is a popular wedding destination mainly because it’s largely coastal and rugged and full of promise!

Visit beautiful Cornish places like Sennen, Pollurian Cove at Mullion, St Michaels Mount at Marazion and the awesome Minack Theatre!

Magnificent Mullion Cove!

Come to the West of Cornwall and experience it for yourself!

These Cornish wonderlands are all uniquely beautiful places on their own with or without a photo booth.

Oh and good news, weddings take place all around the region boasting evening photo booth entertainment! Stunning world class location wedding venues here in Cornwall include the Polurrian Bay Hotel, Mounts Bay Sailing Club, Godolphin Arms and Praa Sands.

The wonderful Minack Theatre – the home of Cornish open air theatre!

Look out for incredible hotels atop dramatic clifftops watching over the quiet beaches and coves beneath them.

West Cornwall very much favours the adventurous and the curious with its wild weather and roaring seas.

So many beaches and coves, so little time!!

Ever wondered what’s at Lands End?

Everyone who finds themselves here aim for the legendary Lands End just to say they have been there when asked.

When you get back home people always ask if you’ve been to Lands End. I’ll warn you now!

There’s a few attractions to take the kids to like the incredible RNLI experience.

This is something really worth doing because you get to experience what these brave lifesavers have to go through most days!

Don’t forget they are a charity and rely on donations and volunteers! These guys are our heroes!

The world is a better place for photobooths!

Looking for photo booths in West Cornwall!

Did I hear you say “where are all the photo booths at?”

Well, if you are in Cornwall and find yourself at a wedding, anniversary, party or any other celebration, just follow the sound of laughing people having a hoot!

Found the photobooth sign! Now where’s the actual booth?

You don’t need to be at a hotel wedding to enjoy a photobooth!

Photo booths venture out to all kinds of exciting locations!

Tipi and marquee weddings which are so popular in this area are equally well equipped to supply power.

A photobooth in Cornwall can often be found under canvas in windy corners of fields, on clifftops and on or near beaches.

Getting married in a tipi is the stuff of cool dreams!

Not just famous for our West Cornwall Pasty company, there are many pasty companies all around.

Follow the signs and test them for yourself! There’s always room for a pasty! Choose from Pengelly’s, West Cornwall, Ginsters and many local bakers. Look out for those “Hot Pasty” signs along the roadsides.

As happy as  photoboothers are servicing numerous guests at Cornish weddings, they couldn’t be happier than when the big heaving tray of hot evening pasties arrive!

As commonplace as photo booths are at weddings in Cornwall, the delicious Cornish Pasty is positively ubiquitous in these regions!

Big beautiful steaming towers of pastry is a beautiful image to behold! Nobody does it better!
